Hello, my name is Sarah Brigden and I am a qualified therapeutic counsellor accredited by the BACP providing therapy in, Swindon and Chippenham. I am committed to providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment in which you the client can explore issues that may be troubling you, and together we can look for new ways of thinking leading to a positive outcome.

I work with individuals on a open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully. Choosing a therapist to work with can seem quite daunting I believe it is the relationship between counsellor and client that is the most important element of counselling.
