Hello, my name is Sarah Brigden and I am a fully qualified therapeutic counsellor providing therapy in Bath, Swindon and Chippenham. I am committed to providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment in which you the client can explore issues that may be troubling you, and together we can look for new ways of thinking leading to a positive outcome.

I work with individuals on a open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully. Choosing a therapist to work with can seem quite daunting I believe it is the relationship between counsellor and client that is the most important element of counselling. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and work within the BACP Ethical Framework.
